OUTLIFT Pre Workout Review: Does It Really Work?

In this article, we will be reviewing OUTLIFT by Nutrex Research which is a pre-workout supplement.

On the website, they claim that all ingredients have been clinically dosed and could help with increased energy, focus, pumps, strength, recovery, and endurance.

Pre-workout supplements are extremely popular these days because most of them actually will help you with performance and strength in the gym.

However, most supplement companies will hide their ingredients and most likely only include a little amount of that ingredient.

That's why SupplementsReviewer has decided to actually buy the product and try it out.

Today we will show you the results of that and our honest opinion on OUTLIFT Pre-workout.

What is OUTLIFT Pre Workout?

Contents

OUTLIFT is a pre-workout supplement designed by Nutrex Research to boost your workout by giving you higher energy and focus while working out.

The company behind OUTLIFT is called Nutrex Research and has also designed the famous fat burner LIPO-6.

They claim that this pre workout is clinically dosed which means that they added the dosage they used in the studies.

We at SupplementsReviewer are fan of this approach, our most recommended pre workout Wrecked is also clinically dosed and we really liked it.

OUTLIFT Pre Workout Review

This pre-workout is also focussed on strength, which you generally do not see as much. Popular pre-workouts like Wrecked, Amped AF, or Redcon1 Total War are more focussed on the energy and focus aspect.

The total cost of a tub of OUTLIFT is $44,99 which comes down to $2,25 per serving. Which is quite high compared to other pre-workouts.

Let's first analyze the ingredients and dosage they used in this pre-workout before coming to any conclusions.

OUTLIFT Formula And Ingredients

So, let's take a closer look at the ingredients of OUTLIFT.

The total serving size is 25.2 grams per scoop, which is on the high end when compared to others. However, the first thing I noticed is that they added lots of BCAA's like Leucine, Valine, and Isoleucine.

Which is good, however, a pre-workout is about giving you energy, power, and strength.

They added 8 grams of Citrulline Malate, which actually is a very good dosage for blood flow and muscle pumps, just like the beta-alanine at 3.2 grams.

They also included Creatine Monohydrate at 3 grams, which is for strength and endurance.

OUTLIFT is not the best pre-workout if you are looking for a real boost in energy. The only stimulant they added is caffeine at 350mg.

To be honest, guys, we felt a little bit disappointed in the formula they put together.

They marked this product as a very strong pre-workout. However, they added a lot of amino acids to it and missed some key-ingredients like agmatine sulfate or hordenine.

Our Personal Opinion On OUTLIFT

The first thing you notice when you buy OUTLIFT is that it comes in a very big tub and the design looks pretty solid.

We would rate the taste a 6/10, it was definitely not the best-tasting pre but it wasn't too bad. It also dissolved pretty quickly with 200ml of water.

The energy and focus effects where minor, this is something we already calculated since there are not a lot of stimulants or nootropics added.

The pump was decent, which is probably due to the Cittruline and Beta-Alanine.

We didn't notice any strength gains, this is because creatine needs to be cycled and built up in your system.

We noticed no crash feeling afterward which is due to the low amounts of stimulants.

In our opinion, this pre-workout is perfect for beginners but not for the average person that is looking for a real boost in their training.

The Bottom line

OUTLIFT is a pre-workout designed by Nutrex and could help you with energy, strength, and endurance.

Their formula isn't very impressive in terms of stimulants and Nitrix oxides. They added multiple essential BCAA's, which can be helpful with recovery. However, that's not why you buy a pre-workout, in our opinion.

When your account that one serving also costs $2,25, we would not recommend using this supplement, simply because it's too expensive for what you get.
