The LIT Pre Workout By Beyond Raw
Contents
Let's start with some general information about this product.
The first thing you should know is that the Beyond Raw's LIT pre workout is only exclusively available at a few retailers such as GNC.
You shouldn't confuse LIT with LIT AF; it's a different variant and slightly more potent.

The product was designed to help athletes optimize their energy and focus.
They have also released this product as a ready-to-drink version. We might try that in the future, but we're not big fans of ready to drink products.
To determine the effectiveness of this product, we're going to have to take a closer look at the ingredients.
LIT Pre Workout Ingredients & Effectiveness
This product contains a total of 7 different ingredients and a 13-gram serving size. On the website, they are claiming all of them to be clinically dosed.
In our opinion, this is quite low to average. That doesn't mean it's not effective, let's take a look at the ingredient panel below.

In the LIT Pre workout, you'll find several staple PWO ingredients such as:
- Beta-Alanine 3200mg
- Caffeine Anhydrous 250mg
- L-Citrulline 3000mg
These are great ingredients, and they can't be missed if you want a good workout session.
Those ingredients will be the main ones that will contribute to boosting your performance while working out.
On top of those three, you'll also find Creatine, ElevATP, NeuroFactor, and Nitrosigine.
Our opinion on the ingredients in Beyond RAW LIT is that it's a very basic formula.
If you're new to these types of supplements, it'll probably help you optimize pump, focus, and energy.
However, as somebody who uses pre-workout supplements very often, I was far from impressed by the effects of this product.
For $40 per bottle, you'll be able to get something more substantial.
Compare it to our to-go pre-workout Wrecked by Huge Nutrition.
That product contains 18 ingredients, meaning you'll get more than double the ingredients compared to LIT.
Check it out, and you'll understand why Wrecked is our favorite PWO.
How Much Does LIT Pre Workout Cost?
One bottle of Beyond Raw's LIT pre workout costs $39.99. Each bottle contains 30 servings, meaning you'll pay roughly $1.33 per serving.
I would say that this is pretty average pricing. A lot of the popular supplements are a bit more expensive, maybe because of the name.
For example, Total War By Redcon1 also costs $39.99 for 30 servings.
Steel's Amped AF costs $55 for 30 servings, one of the most expensive ones out there.
You will have to decide for yourself if the product is worth it for you.
Do We Recommend Beyond Raw LIT?
We've tried Lit by Beyond Raw and weren't impressed. It's an OK formulated product that does have a few good staple ingredients.
We won't be using it again as we were expecting more. But then again, it doesn't contain a wide variety of ingredients.
Of course, if you're interested in this pre-workout, why not just give it a go?
You might end up liking it more than we did.
For new users, it might be an exciting product to try for your first PWO. Or maybe something like Bucked Up.

The Final Verdict
Beyond Raw's LIT was on our list of pre-workout supplements to test. We gave it a shot and weren't really impressed by the effects.
With that said, new users might benefit from this product by getting a pump, more energy, and better focus.
At $40 for a bottle, we think there are better options with a broader variety of ingredients.
Feel free to give this product a try, and make sure to share your experience with it in the comments.
